What actually shows up on the camera

When we run a camera through a pre-1990 Simpsonville lateral, here’s what we typically find, in rough order of frequency:

Root intrusion at joint locations — dense fibrous root mass at displaced bell-and-spigot connections, usually from loblolly pine or sweetgum. Present in 7 of 10 inspections on pre-1995 homes.
